  • Cleaning Scheduled, Turnover cleaning is booked immediately after checkout is confirmed, using your assigned cleaning team
  • Check-In Instructions Sent, On the morning of arrival, guest receives a final message with everything they need for a smooth arrival
  • Post-Checkout Inspection, After every checkout, the cleaning team conducts a condition check and reports any damage or issues to Dockside
  • Cleaning Confirmed, You receive notification once the property is cleaned and ready for the next guest
  • Cycle Repeats, Revenue accumulates; your monthly statement captures every booking in the cycle
