Submit Your Property →One of our team members visits your property in person to assess its rental potential and condition. We look at the overall guest experience, layout, amenities, waterfront access, outdoor space, and identify anything that could improve occupancy or nightly rates before launch. After the visit, we prepare a free revenue projection based on comparable properties in our managed portfolio on the Chain O' Lakes. This is a real analysis, not a sales pitch number. You'll receive a PDF with an annual estimate, seasonal occupancy projections, and a fee breakdown. No charge, no obligation.
Once you decide to move forward, we handle everything needed to launch your property correctly. This includes:

From this point forward, Dockside handles everything: responding to guest inquiries, confirming bookings, sending pre-arrival instructions, coordinating post-checkout cleaning, managing maintenance requests, and responding to guest reviews. You receive a detailed monthly statement and ACH payment. Most Chain O' Lakes properties receive their first booking inquiry within days of going live. Properties that launch ahead of peak season, spring and early summer, often fill their first available weekends quickly.
